It’s time for another sweaty total body Tabata workout! We are adding dumbbells to todays Tabata to increase the intensity oww oww! I’m seriously regretting choosing those 10lbs for shadow boxing lol This is a quick workout under 15 minutes that will have you breaking a serious sweat. Three different Tabata supersets to power through today. We will perform each superset 4 times before moving on to the next. Repetitive? Yes. Super effective? You bet! Let’s go!
