Grab those dumbbells we are powering through a full body AMRAP workout with weights! AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workouts are all about working at your own pace, challenging yourself and doing YOUR very best. Each circuit is 5 minutes long and includes 4 different full body dumbbell exercises. Perform 8 reps of each exercise before moving to the next. Get through as many rounds of the circuit as you can before the clock runs out! Remember to practice proper form over speed and have fun!!
