It’s here! My new curated 6 week LOW IMPACT WORKOUT PROGRAM! This new schedule was created using some of my favorite and most effective low impact workouts. There are 6 workout sessions included each week which are designed to give you a well balanced weekly routine. No jumping in any of these workouts so your joints and downstairs neighbors will be happy!
