‘Tis the season for a fun Christmas Workout Challenge! This time of year can be super busy but this workout challenge is quick, effective and sure to make you sweat! No equipment is needed so you can power through this one at home in between the egg nog and butter tarts…mmmm. The structure of this workout is based around the ‘Twelve Days of Christmas Song” Starting on the first day and then adding an extra rep and a new exercise with each day. Just have fun with it and do your best to follow along!

12 Crouching Jacks
11 Leaping Frogs
10 Bike Crunches
9 Dancing Crabs
8 Twisting Lunges
7 Jumping Jacks
6 Single Deadlifts
5 Jumping Squats!!!
4 Mountain Climber
3 Plank Jacks
2 Jumping Lunges
and a BURPEE….because she’s mean 😉 (It’s really just tough love you guys! lol Happy Holidays!)
