We are getting in a full body workout with today’s low impact HIIT! No equipment needed for this one and no jumping which is great for doing your workout at home or in a condo. We are using a tri-set format today – repeating a series of 3 different body-weighted exercises 2 times before moving to the next tri-set. You can always add dumbbells or resistance bands if you want a little added intensity. Listen to your body and make your workout work for you!!
